Ingredients: -2 salmon fillets – 1 tbsp olive oil – 2 tbsp butter – 1 tbsp cajun seasoning – 4 cloves garlic – 1 tsp dried thyme

In a hot oiled pan, place the salmon skin side down and season with cajun seasoning. Cook for 4 minutes.

Flip salmon and add the butter, garlic, and thyme to the pan and let it melt and infuse.
