INGREDIENTS -1 tbsp olive oil -2.5 lbs ground beef -1 onion (diced) -3 cloves garlic (minced) -24 oz tomato sauce -30 oz diced tomatoes & green chilies -15 oz red kidney beans (drained) -1 cup beef broth -1.25 oz packet chili seasoning

On the sauté function, heat olive oil then cook ground beef until browned. Drain fat.

Add onions and garlic then cook for an additional  3-4 minutes. Add tomato sauce and diced tomatoes with green chilies.

Followed by beef broth, beans, and chili seasoning to the pot.

Cook for 25 minutes on chili/stew function. Naturally release pressure for 10-15 minutes.
