Puerto Rican Style Pork Chops (Chuleta Frita)

Ingredients – 6 bone in pork chops – 2 packets goya sazon seasoning – 3/4 tsp onion powder – 3/4 tsp garlic powder – 3 tbsp olive oil – 3 tsp goya adobo seasoning – 4 dashes worcestershire sauce – 2 1/4 tsp italian dressing – 1/2 cup vegetable oil

First thing to do is make the marinade. In a small bowl whisk together the seasoning, olive oil, worcestershire sauce, and italian dressing.

Add the pork chops to a large bowl with the marinade and mix well to cover each pork chop. Marinate the pork chops for at least an hour or up to overnight for a flavorful chop.

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook pork chops for 7 minutes on each side until you have nice brown chops.

Cook pork chops in batches to not overcrowd the frying pan. Place cooked pork chops on a sheet pan and place in a hot oven at 200°.
