- 2.5 oz sweetened vanilla almond milk
- 3 oz egg whites
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp sugar free syrup
- 3 slices 40 calorie wheat bread
Combine all ingredients except bread in a bowl and whisk to combine.
Heat non stick skillet and spray with non stick spray.
Coat each side of sliced bread and cook in pan for a couple of minutes on each side until golden brown.
Serve with syrup and fruit toppings!
