Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Thighs
  • 4 tbsp Gochujang
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Grated Ginger

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except chicken in a mixing bowl and mix well to combine and create marinade.
  • Add chicken thighs and coat evenly with marinade. Marinate for 1 hour or overnight.
  • Preheat oven to 375°. In a hot oven safe skillet, sear chicken thighs skin side down for 4 minutes then flip and cook for additional 4 minutes.
  • Transfer skillet to oven and cook for 25 minutes. Serve while hot!

If you don't have an oven safe skillet, cook on the stove in a large pan then transfer to a sheet pan lined with foil or parchment paper.
