In a medium bowl, combine butter, 2 teaspoons parsley, grated parmesan, garlic, worcestershire, hot sauce, lemon juice, salt and black pepper. Set to the side.
Shuck oysters.If you have a place that will shuck them for you and leave them on the half shell, even better to cut down prep time.
Take a heaping spoonful of the seasoned butter and put on top of the oysters. This will ensure there is a generous portion of the sauce on each oyster to cook in.
Place oysters on a charcoal grill. Make sure it's on the hottest part of the grill. If you only have a gas grill you can still make this recipe. Just make sure it's on high heat and on the hottest spot. Close lid and cook for 5 minutes.
You will know it's done when the oyster's edges curl and the garlic butter sauce is bubbling. Serve hot garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
