- 1 pineapple
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
First you have to prep the pineapple. Cut off the top and bottom of the pineapple then remove the outside of the pineapple (skin). Cut into pineapple spears and set to the side.
Combine all other ingredients in a bowl to make the buttery brown sugar cinnamon glaze.
Spread the glaze over each piece of pineapple.
Place pineapple in a single layer on the grill over medium-high heat. Cook for 4-5 minutes then turn to cook for an additional 4-5 minutes.
Remove from grill and serve while hot!
