- 4 cups spinach
- 1 lemon
- 3 stalks celery
- 2 apples
- 1 in ginger root
- 1 cup water
Chop the celery, peel the ginger root, peel and chop lemon, and core and chop the fresh apples.
Add everything into a high-speed blender and blend until everything is juiced. If you have a low speed blender, I would blend water and spinach first then add in the other ingredients one by one.
Drape cheese cloth or a nut milk bag over a large bowl and empty blender jar into the bowl. Carefully squeeze out juice for best result. You can also use a fine mesh strainer. If you wanted to add extra fiber, add in some of the pulp that was separated.
Pour over ice and enjoy or store in a glass jar.
