Ingredients

  • 6 bone in pork chops
  • 2 packets goya sazon seasoning
  • 3/4 tsp onion powder
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tsp goya adobo seasoning
  • 4 dashes worcestershire sauce
  • 2 1/4 tsp italian dressing
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Add sazon, adobo, onion powder, garlic powder, worcestershire, olive oil, and italian dressing in a bowl and mix to create marinade.
  • Mix the pork in the marinade to cook evenly.
  • Transfer to a ziplock bag and refrigerate for 1 hour to overnight. Take the meat out of the fridge 30 minutes before cooking.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Fry pork chops on each side for 7 minutes until golden.

Setting oven to 200° and placing pork chops in the oven once done while cooking in batches keeps the pork chops warm,
