Gochujang  Chicken Thighs

-4 chicken thighs -4 tbsp gochujang -1 tbsp dark brown sugar -2 tbsp soy sauce -1 tbsp grated ginger -1 tbsp garlic paste

Combine all ingredients except for chicken into a bowl and mix to create marinade.

Add chicken thighs to bowl and mix to fully coat the thighs. Marinate for 1 hour at least or up to overnight.

In an oven safe skillet heat oil then add thighs skin side down and cook for 4 minutes.

Flip chicken and cook for an additional 4 minutes. Cook in a 375° oven for 25 minutes.
