- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 jalapenos sliced
Slice jalapeños into slices.
Add water and sugar into a saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir to dissolve sugar.
Add jalapeño slices and bring to a boil. Adjust heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
Turn off heat and low jalapeños to steep and cool syrup for an hour.
Transfer to glass mason jar and store in refrigerator.
