Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 jalapeños diced
  • 4 oz canned diced chilis
  • 15 oz canned white beans
  • 12 oz canned corn
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a slow cooker and cook for 2 hours on high or 4 hours on low.
  • When done, remove chicken and shred with two forks. Add chicken back to pot and serve hot.
