French, Italian, and Ranch dressings are always in the fridge or cabinets in this house. We needed variety and I was tired of seeing the same dressings. I saw balsamic vinegar and thought to myself that it couldn't be hard to make a vinaigrette... it wasn't. Buying balsamic vinaigrette is a thing of the past now that I know how to make it. It's super easy and all you need is 6 simple ingredients.
Ingredients
Serves 4
1/4 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
2 teaspoons honey
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
