This simple chicken recipe is about to be your go to when you don't know what to make. It's perfect for lunch or dinner to put in a sandwich, top a salad, or eat with sides. It only has two ingredients... yes you read that correctly, only two ingredients. Don't let that worry you because this chicken has great flavor!
1 cup of italian dressing
2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
The chicken breasts are HUGE so I sliced them in half to make 4 pieces
Take the chicken and put them in a resealable plastic bag with the italian dressing. I like to massage it a little to make sure it's getting in there. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Take the chicken out of the fridge 30 minutes before cooking to knock the chill off before cooking.
Heat a grill pan and spray with cooking spray. Cook the chicken for 7-10 minutes and flip.
You should have nice grill marks on your chicken. Cook for an additional 7-10 minutes and you should be good to go.
