    Roasted Sweet Potatoes

    Roasted sweet potatoes are perfect for fall and so easy to do. It will compliment any type of meat or it's good on it's own if you don't eat meat. If you want to switch out using a regular potato, go with a sweet potato. They are not overly sweet and goes great with savory spices.

    Ingredients

    Serves 4-5
     
    Roasted Sweet Potatoes
     
     
    3 sweet potatoes
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp melted butter
    2 tsp minced garlic
    1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
    2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
    dried parsley

    Roasted Sweet Potatoes
    Start by peeling the skin off of the sweet potatoes.

    Cut them into cubes.
     
    Roasted Sweet Potatoes
    Add olive oil, garlic, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and butter to potatoes and mix.
     
    Roasted Sweet Potatoes 
    Spray a foil lined baking sheet with non stick spray. Preheat the oven to 400°.

    Spread out the potatoes on the baking sheet and bake for 18 minutes.

    Sprinkle with dried parsley and serve!

    • 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese Grated
    • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
    • dried parley Garnish

    Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 400°.
