The extra step would be to strain the pulp out which is what a juicer would do, but these simple steps are very easy to achieve that. First thing to do is prep the fruit and vegetables. Chop the celery, peel the ginger root, peel and chop lemon, and core and chop the fresh apples. No need to prep the spinach because you can blend the whole leaves.
Add everything into a high-speed blender and blend until everything is juiced. If you have a low speed blender, I would blend water and spinach first then add in the other ingredients one by one.
Drape cheese cloth or a nut milk bag over a large bowl and empty blender jar into the bowl. Carefully squeeze out juice for best result. You can also use a fine mesh strainer. If you wanted to add extra fiber, add in some of the pulp that was separated.
Pour over ice and enjoy or store in a glass jar.
